Co-Owner

Jerome is the mind of the operation. He has been in the meat business since he was a child working in his father's butcher shop. Jerome preaches reliability, consistency & loyalty to provide the customers with the best quality merchandise. When he isn't at work, he loves washing his cars, spending time with his grandchildren and relaxing on the beach.

Brian Cheswick

Co-Owner

Brian is the workhorse for Mega Meats. He has been at mega Meats since he was a teenager and started full time after college where he was a southpaw pitcher. He overlooks all inventory and makes sure everything is rotated daily to maximize freshness. Brian loves spending time at the beach with his family and dog who loves the ocean & landscaping.

Michael Rascona

General Manager

Michael is Jeromes son who has been here since he was in diapers. He began working at Mega Meats full time right out of high school and has been an asset to the team ever since. Michael has performed the role of GM for 15 years. He can often be found performing office tasks, taking telephone orders planning delivery routes and ensuring quality & accuracy within the warehouse. He is one of his own best customers as he enjoys creating recipes that include many products found at mega meats. When he isn't working Michael enjoys spending time with his family, fishing & being outdoors with his son.
